Counselling, Psychotherapy, Equine Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
Integrated Psychotherapeutic Solutions is here for anyone looking for support to overcome a wide range of emotional, social and mental health issues. We offer a range of different therapies to suit the individual and their needs. Therapy offers powerful interactions allowing you to overcome emotional pain. Through an integrated approach we aim to help you reach your potential.
Common issues can include stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, anger, bereavement, family and relationship issues, coping with change, phobias, self-esteem, self-confidence, weight loss, stopping smoking and a diversity of other issues which people might want to see a trained professional about.
Emotional pain can be agonising. We know how much physical pain hurts, and emotional pain can be just as bad, perhaps even worse. Constantly feeling anxious, depressed, angry or any other feeling is draining and affects many parts of our lives, from our relationships, concentration, sleep, physical health, our work lives and more. Therapy can help put a stop to this, giving you a safe place to come where you can be calmer and at peace with yourself and establish stress and emotion regulation systems in the brain.
We have all heard the saying “the past is the past”, but when you’re stuck, the past is anything but. You may feel overwhelmed by emotion, or quite the opposite and feel numb. The past can finally be put into the past once it is remembered in the present in a safe way. Therapy provides this opportunity of providing a safe container for you to own your past, having processed the emotions and allowing you to move forwards in your life.
We are happy to see young adults (aged 11 and up) and all ages of adults.
